Lake Louise
A top a cliff I look,
To see a great lake that I mistook.
For a sheet of glass that reflected the view,
Of the mountains, sky and moon anew.
Water that is clear enough to see my face,
And the sky deep enough to feel like space.
With the landscape in perfect symmetry,
My eyes were locked in captivity.
To see the crown jewel of all lakes,
Questioning reality I made no mistake.
