Inner Demons Fighting their Way Out
Save me! Save me!
That is all people cry out.
I am trapped in a world where all people do is take.
I am sick and tired of this,
save yourself, call for someone else.
I am done being the man of the hour.
I am done being the savior.
I am done with hearing all of your voices in my head.
I can no longer be of your service.
In the end who’s going to save me?

This piece is about the inner feelings of superman. What inspired me is that everyone always talks about how the hero saves the day and how thankful everyone is, but no one has ever described how the hero themselves feel. So that is why I thought it be important to bring notice to the inner thoughts/feelings of a super hero.
