The chain link fence.
It's where I cry.
It's where I laugh.
It's where I sigh.

It's a place for me to be alone.
It's the perfect place to take a photo.
It's a place for the leaves to crumble under my boots.
The chain link fence defines me.

The lonely train tracks.
It's where I cry.
It's where I dance.
It's where I lie.

It's a place for me to hear the world.
It's place to throw rocks down below.
It's a place where the sun shines down on my face.
The lonely train tracks became me.

The broken concrete road.
It's where I cry.
It's where I walk.
It's where I'll die.

It's a place where I can always go.
It's a place to run, to play, to grow.
It's a place for me to sit by at night.
The broken concrete road has raised me.

I guess the poem just says what it's about. I wrote it about me. I've always been the different one. It's kinda like I was misplaced at birth and I'm just now really discovering it. Because of this outcasted personality I've been stuck with, I've turned to the pieces of the world that will never leave me, betray me, or hurt me. A chain link fence, abandoned train tracks, and a broken concrete road. "Broken" meaning what it sounds. It's cracked and crumbled but it's still there and it's still strong enough.
