The Electoral System
The Electoral System: If the government is democratic, why are the People stuck in the attic? Though We vote for who We want, this is nothing but a taunt. For you see, the actuality, is that the electoral is what’s moral. Because our Fathers did not trust the masses, they put in place to save their a**es, a buffer to choose the president, it really is pretty evident. That though our votes do go through, we do not decide what We do. For example sixteen years ago, there was an event that did not flow.. Bush beat Gore with minority vote, do we really want to be on that boat? But ok it was a rare incidence, but i'm not gonna say that it's just a coincidence. Really this could happen again, I do not know where, I do not know when. But if it does, democracy is broken, not listening to what the people have spoken. And because I live in a democratic state, is being republican even worth a debate? Due to the fact I have a clue, that most likely, my state will vote blue. So may as well join in, because I can’t win. Unless I move to a state more volatile, like florida (yes it has gators not crocodiles). So in conclusion, I'm tired of the illusion, of this democracy, that doesn't seem democratic to me.
