Falling Apart
In the shallow room of my walls
i began to fall apart on the inside
Music blasted, so no one noticed
The emptiness of me not around
It’s nothing new, it’s expected
The craziness around me is confusion
Nothing new, same thing going on
The screaming of madness, the crying of sadness
Falling apart, it’s not just me, it’s them too
It’s starting to shine through
It’s no longer inside that room,
It’s no longer in them walls,
It’s no longer on the inside of me,
It’s on the outside too,
We’re all falling apart.

I got inspired to write this because of my brother going away to Basic training, and my whole entire family literally fall apart after he left.
