The Moth
Moth
The way fire lures you to touch the flame, and you end up getting burned.
That's what it's like whenever I'm with you.
It hurts beyond belief,
With every touch my skin instantly burns
With every word that you say, brings me to my knees
And you just love it.
You love having that power over me; you love making me weak.
And I let you
I have no shame in it, at least not whne I'm with you.
You have the gift that makes pain so sweet and desirable.
I go out and seek it time and again
But when I'm alone, I shatterto pieces
and still tomorrow I'll be drawn by your beckoning flame, because I just love to be burned.
