Corey
You was born on August 9, 1998
Although we did not go on our first date
That does not mean it's not to late.
Just keep smilein'
He maybe watchin'.
You were always a helping hand
Even when I did not have the courage to stand.
Although you were different from us
You would never complian or fuss.
You played the Mellophone
You would always keep the right tone.
You played for Nettleton High School Band
You guys and gals played on the school's land.
You were a really ggod friend
You are still until the very end.
We had World History
Your stories would always be a mystery.
You were very tall
You could even touch the tip top of the wall.
You would not listen to Rock and Roll
But your friends and family will remember
"One Band, One Soul".
I will not forget you Corey
So dont you worry.

The person that inspired me to write this is my bestest friend, Corey Matthew Wilemon. He passed away on September 13, 2015 and well I miss you. But you are in Heaven with Jesus and I will see you again.
