Mother
A Mother is a vessel of love
But to him, a vessel of hate
He gets off a bus with no joy
Enters a house with no happiness
To a Mother who wants a drink of water
To his Mother, he is a slave
A way to get thing done without doing anything
To his Mother, he is eight-hundred dollars made without a job
To his Mother, he is an item used to express rage
He has no phone
So she can control who he talks to
He has no friends
So she can control who influences him
No toys to have fun
No dad to play catch with
Just a Mother to serve and obey
His Mother should buy him clothes
But instead she buys thing for her
His Mother should buy him food
But instead he eats at school
His Mother should give him unconditional love
Instead he gets bruises
If only he had a means to an end
A gun he will never hold
A trigger he could never pul
