I miss you. Not in some cheesy, let's hold hands and be together type of way. I just miss you. Plain and simple. I miss your presence in my life. I miss you always being there for me. I miss my best friend.

This piece was inspired by a close friend of mine that isn't so close anymore. It is truly heartbreaking to be so close to someone and have them slip away so easily without your control. Things just became too awkward even if you tried to rebuild the relationship....
