little girl watching t.v
always wanted that dream
the love stories
and of course happily ever after
she wanted to be like them
big puffy dresses
high heels
and most importantly her prince
the taller she got
the more the dream began to fade
it was time for reality
the real world
only working all day
casual outfit
sneakers and socks
no time to meet a prince
disappointed and upset
how can it all be fake
something must be true
if not I don't know what to do
