Making The Call
To the wives whose husbands stood tall
As they sacrifice their lives
So we can sleep at night.
Let’s make a day
For all that have died,
To save are lives
As they fought on the sad dreary bay.
We want to give respect
To those that were suspect,
Of those that have not survived
And could not be revived.
The sound of crying is like being shot,
As your stomach ties in a knot
When you hear the bad news,
As the family has to choose.
