People ask why I do it,
why I work the long stressful hours,
I don’t do it for the money
I don’t do it for the recognition,
I do it because I feed the world and love every second of it,
I do it  because i’m a proud part of the 1%,
i’m one of few people that still understand the purpose of hardwork,
i’m one of few people that still can appreciate sigh of relief after
working all night to beat a storm,
i’m one of the few that can proudly call themselves,
an american farmer.
