Born with innocent eyes
Thoughts cloud the mind
Confused on what happens next
Drunk from opinions
Tired of pretty faces telling lies
Mesmerized by the beauty of the world
Remembering all the good times
Promises to mark the world
Believing they have a legacy
That will never die
Their skin shows the journey
Scars that have faded
Wounds that have healed
And the tear marks on their cheeks
Under the breast is the tangeled heart
Under the skull is the dreamer's mind
