A New Me

I keep digging and
digging,
myself into a little hole.
Each time i come out fine,
and it takes a while,
but this time is different.
I dug a bigger hole,
and it is taking a lot longer to get out.
I am starting to lose hope,
but something inside of me
is saying “keep going, don't give up”.
I listen.
So, I keep going and I don't give up.
I make it out even better than before.
I am,
a new me,
an even better me then before.
I have changed.
