Another day over, another day failed
For he is still alive

Another illusion, another escape
And he is still alive

I toil away, till my green becomes grey
He is still alive

I don’t overlook, anything in my book
And he is still alive

The thought is there
Do I dare?
No, I must not question

His mask will be off
His cape will be shredded
This nightmare will finally be ended
And I will have killed the bat
