love your neighbor as yourself

My rotting heart tears into pieces
Black tears drown my face leaving a stain
My scars open to the whole world yet still no one notices.
I’m like a broken doll.
A doll that’s no longer perfect.
A doll that gets rejected by the one who destroyed it.

Pain and heartache are my luxury handbags.
My shadow, my only friend is just a shaded reflection of who the world thinks I am.
The ground has become my new sky.
I can’t do anything!
No matter how hard I try there’s something holding me back.
I’m constantly standing in front of a shattered mirror.
My image is unknown, my words are few.
My black tears flow as if I’m blinking.
Just like a flower I’m withering away.
I’m dying on the inside I keep trying to call 911 but the call never goes through.
Why won’t it go through? What do I have to do to make it go through?
I stay inside crying, my hands are permanently black
I’m reaching out for help can someone take my hand.
Will this pain ever end? Can I just be happy again?
I lost friends, I felt pain, but why do I carry so much shame?
I lost a lot with nothing yet to gain.
I’m stretching out my hand, my heart is screaming for help can someone please repair it.
I want to let go of past hurt, but it’s harder to forget than it is to forgive.
I just want to live.
I forgive, I forgive, please forgive me!
Let me out I’m trapped in a room where I can’t breathe.
What is this feeling? I cried out with all my heart.
What is this feeling?
Is this a healing?
Am I changing? A voice cries out to me “you are forgiven”.
A hand stretches out to me I grab it.
I receive a key. The key opened the door I have been set free.
My tears have become pure, I’m not sad anymore.
I’m finally happy, my heart has been pieced back together.
Now I can face any weather.
Now I’m standing in front of the mirror and I can see myself much clearer.
