The dirt spits up behind me like a volcano, as I slide through the mud and speed through the water, I realize that this is the definition of fun.

I control the quad, the quad is mine.
My hands on the handlebars, it eats up the miles, it must be hungry.

I see the trees on my left and right, getting increasingly closer. I still push forward, hearing only the roar of my engine.

I taste the dusty sand and my spearmint gum, and all I smell is the hot dry air. I push to max speed, but I still want more.

I begin slowing down as I near the ridge, then I see it. I see the beautiful view of the trees and the city in the distance.

I begin to take my gear off as my dad takes pictures of the view. It wasn't long before we were racing through the trails again.

This is the definition of fun.
