A Day In The Ocean
I can float in the never ending sea.
Enjoying the hypnotic motion.
I love to frolic with my friends.
In the deep blue ocean.
Taking my boat out for a ride.
Soaring over the waves.
Riding with the tide.
It’s wonderful how the ocean behaves.
The boat would accelerate to its fastest speed.
Having the rapid wind hit my face.
Passing by some sea weed.
Acting like I'm in a race.
When I get bored I can cast some bait.
Watch the bobber bob in the water.
After this it is all up to fate.
I might even see an otter.
When I feel a tug then there is a fish on the hook.
I tow it in to see what I caught.
At this point I am thinking how to unhook.
The fish was the size of a yacht.
I finally get the fish out.
It’s the best feeling to catch a fish by yourself.
This is why I’m thankful for not being in a drought.
I can’t wait to see a picture of me holding the fish on my shelf.
