Evicted
When I don't have anywhere to go,
when I have a lonely home.
To look and see your life packed up.
To recognize you must leave.
I feel my life and world being rippedd apart,
I feel all the sad faces that don't want me to leave.
Just as I thought that my life picked up, it collapse.
Just as I thought that I would be with my friends forever,
it is gone.
As I picked up the last boxes and loaded them,
I looked back and saw emptiness.
As I walked out and said my last goodbyes,
I started to cry.
I get into my car and wave goodbye,
I look back and see my life I used to live.
If you haven't already found out,
I got evicted.

Evicted, was another assignment that my English teacher gave to my class and I and it was only a line from a movie. But for me, it was a way to express myself by writing this poem. Not only that but lately I have been looking back and missed how I was. Again I would like to do is thank my 9th grade English teacher, Ms. Dillon, that without her assigning this line from a movie to become a poem, I wouldn't have written this. This poem inspired me so much and shows how i feel and how i express myself.
