Starting with a mindful blueprint,
I plan how it's written.
With words and letters,
I build a foundation on paper.
Constructing with language,
Scribbling and editing,
To make the story safe and sound.
I build books with phrases,
Paint poems with ink,
With punctuation acting as concrete.
Then I take away supporting scaffolds,
Claim a name,
Make it stand alone.
