No noise

They say actions, speak louder than words.
But the signs I'm throwing aren't often heard.
But when I blow up, BOOM like a bomb
All the noise I hear, done finally stopped
It stood against the silence, but it is still unheard
Because my actions aren't actions,
They can't speak louder than words.
