A feather for your thoughts
Delicate and light
We've got purple, blue, and green-
Hell, even white!
The white's a strange variety
Stained with drops of red
Well, as far as I can see
The bird's as good as dead
So let's throw away our perceptions
Abandon all our sense
Let's kill all the birds, and for your thoughts
I will give a pence
