The Princess in the Big, Blue Dress
The Princess in the Big Blue dress
Walking up to Cinderella's big fancy castle.
I gasped.
There, standing right in front of me in the biggest and bluest dress I had ever seen was, Cinderella.
My 2 year old brother Robby had jumped out of his stroller and ran up to the princess in the big blue dress. I followed after my brother with excitement flowing through every vein in my body.
My brain couldn’t comprehend who was standing in front of me.
“Why hello princess.”
I couldn’t believe it! Cinderella had just talked to me!
A princess actually talked to me!
“Hi Cinderella!” I said with a huge grin on my face.
“I love your pink dress. It reminds me of my mother's old gown.
At least until those nasty stepsisters of mine ripped it to shreds.”
Cinderella said
“Thank you Cinderella. And I’m sorry about your dress. It was very, very, very, pretty”
It’s a known fact that when you’re talking to a princess you must state their name after every sentance.
I was wearing a pink and white striped dress and a baseball hat with Cinderella on the front.
Cinderella smiled a big sparkly grin that seemed to go up to her ears.
I handed her my picture book for her to sign.
The book had Mickey, Minnie, and all their friends on the front.
I handed her my pen which was blue and had a Mickey head on the very top.
Cinderella clicked the pen and started writing.
She had the most beautiful handwriting I had ever seen! She used so many loops and dots and drew a little pumpkin at the very end.
A lady with a big camera came over and said to pose for a picture.
I gave the biggest smile I had ever smiled in my life
I was grinning from ear to ear when Cinderella knelt beside me.
