Old Memories
My childhood home I see again,
sadden with the view
still many memory crowds my brain
There's pleasure in it.
O memory’s!
Just like singing O Canada
Going out to get a nice poutine.
Where things decayed
On cold winter days to get some timmies
drinking coffee to stay warm
Like scenes of an ice rink
bunch of snow piles
dusky mountains please the eye
staying out till the sun goes down
As bugle notes that passing by
In distance die away
visiting niagara falls
So memory will hallow
We've known but know no more
Over a year has gone by
Nothing much has changed
Just new groups of friends and scenery
New Friendships to last.
