The Dark Passion Of A Timeless Echo
In the starry aniversery of the night,
the law of the jungle is ever so true.
My head is pounding in terrid ache,
and each blink brings me to tears.
As I walk onto the steps of the porch,
I reach into my pocket and pull out my badge.
*Knock Knock Knock*
"FBI, Can you open up please?"
A Slam, A Shout, A SHOT
S***.
Sharp splinters of wood fly back
into the dark abyss of midnight
as the door swings open upon contact
with my foot.
Inside is the bloodiest scene ive ever seen.
Gore beyond belief...
My Baretta 38 tears out of my coat, but not fast enough.
Oh how the enemy made themselves known.
Bullets whizzing past, untill one peice of flying shrapnel
lands its mark, and deafening silence rings through
the house.
Case no. 217
My final case
My final breath
My final blink
And now im gone, a mere statistic, statistically gone.

I have always been a huge fan of the "noir" category of films, such as chinatown and la confidential, and I wanted to write my own police/detective peice.
