Manufactured Reality
The gears shift and turn
Steam clears to showcase
A world mechanically made
This place we call home
Originates behind steel walls
Built with tools and gadgets
Perfected by machinery
The hands of the chosen
Operate this factory
Working hard to construct
A life worth being made
Gas powers the wheel
That turns and turns
Moving onto a new phase
And right back to the start
The workers are rapid
Wanting it all to finish
But are told
That this creation cannot be quickened
The owner of this factory
Observes what is below
Pleased to see everyone engaged
Molding this impeccable reality
The workers are restless
All of them occupied
With the simple details
In this life
The production nears its end
Everything has been set
For the grand finale
The gears stop turning
The steam has disappeared
They rejoice in triumph
The end was finally here
Or so it would seem
The boss then reminded the men
The end marked the beginning
Of a new era
This manufactured reality
They had so perfected and processed
Was one that was everlasting and eternal

I wrote this piece mainly talking about life. I describe it as a sort of mechanical process that seems very lucid and artificial. I used different machines common factories to explain this process of how life is made.
