So there I was leaving home after a fight with my mother and my stomach turned into a knot
I went to the park to go and play the sport that i loved most with my friends, soccer
Now scoring and having fun with sweat dripping off my face like a hose with a water leak
Forgetting of the fight that i had just had with my mother over my room not being tidy
I went for one last shot with blank space in my mind, and then it hit the earth
The earthquake had started to happen and my friends had all left to go home for safety
Then I did the same I went home or what was left of one, all I saw was piles of rubble
I started to shout for my mom and there was no answer, so I tried again and still no answer
I now wish that my final words with my mother did not turn into a fight
If I had just cleaned up my room then I would not have to leave the house and my mother
Now the thing I loved more than soccer is gone.
