The ice skating rink and a beating chest,
Last february photos, all well dressed;
Running afternoons and angry pollen,
Long, dark lectures about joseph stalin;
Rainforests and sharpie doodles,
Candy-boycotts but donuts and strudels;
Times flies by, and drags its feet,
Only (approximately) twenty-six weeks;
Vacant from every memory took,
There’s so many yous if I take a moment to look.

When you lose someone, especially on poor circumstanes, it is hard to let them go. Suddenly everywhere you look and everything you think of reminds you of them.
