Every new move or game I learn
It’s already there standing before me
Laughing in my face forcing me to see

Shaking my bones
Scared of the dark cause I know it can see
More scary thought is my unbreakable belief

I can feel the devil’s laugh echoing in my head
Should embrace a straight path but look where I am wandering instead

Go the hands of the big clock
With each second a whole day is gone
In my face it shifts and in my ears it rings
Not much longer till it steps in
And shadows me under its dark wings
Each step I take
Each decision I make
Takes me more and more closer to the beast
One thought lingers in the corner of my mind
It’ll enjoy finishing me at least
Sometimes its white sometimes it’s black
Sometimes its upfront sometimes it’s on my back
Like a winter breeze it gives me the chills
How much more time till it gets to kill
