Pluto
Nine years later, Three billion miles away
The New Horizon has made it,
Venturing deeper into the distant, mysterious Kuiper Belt-
A relic of solar system formation.
The New Horizon mission will help us understand
The worlds at the edge of our solar system,
By making the first reconnaissance of the Pluto system.
A Close-up look at these world’s,
Tells us an incredible story about the organs and outerskirts
of our solar system.
The United States has been the first nation to reach every planet from
Mercury to Neptune with a space probe.
Generally, New Horizons seeks to understand where Pluto and its moons fit in with the other objects in the solar system.
If New Horizons is successful, it will allow the U.S. to complete the initial reconnaissance of the solar system.
