If you're homophobic, remember that homophobe spelled backwards is ebohpomoh; and that makes no sense...Just like your views.

I am not searching for my “other half.”
Why?
I am not a half.
I’m already a complete person,
And nobody else needs to validate my worth.
There are millions of cells in me,
Each fighting for my survival.
The contents of my mind are unique and entirely unique to me.
There are thoughts in my mind,
That have never been heard by another soul.
Never again will I let another human being tell me I am not good enough.
Not a single creature on this earth has the same DNA as me.

I am not a half.

I am not a whole, either.
I am so much more.

My inspiration for this wasn't completely out of the blue, I promise. I had heard someone in public talking about how they were waiting for their "other half" to show up. Anyway, I started thinking, and I was like, "What? People aren't halves. You don't need to be in a relationship to feel whole." So, I started writing, and this is the result.
