Narrative - Little Boy
From my window, I saw a little boy sitting on the side of the street.
He looked lonely and sad but had a smile on his face.
I went outside into my front yard to get a closer look, what was he smiling at?
The smile on his face was a scar, dry blood formed around his lips.
He had tears in his eyes, and scabs on his arms.
The voice in my head said to see if he's okay,
but when i thought that, he looked at me.
His eyes were staring right at me, seemingly into my soul.
I wasn't scared, or worried he would chase me.
I walked slowly towards him, he never blinked. Just looked.
That boy said nothing until i got closer, he was whispering over and over,
"Life is your only chance, live now. Life is your only chance..."
