Come And Go

I don't think that you know,
Two important, strong words,
They're the things come and go,
They fly like singing birds,
Come means to draw more near,
Go means to leave me be,
Come might bring one, small tear,
Go makes you think clearly,
Come is more happy then go,
But go could be better,
Now I think that you know,
So go read that letter,
Come back when you are done,
Because then you will leave,
Come again, but then run,
Just go, heart on my sleeve.
