Faith, to me, is a wonderful, happy thing;
It's my guide through life,
It's my hospital; when the world cripples me it places my arm in a sling
It's something I love with all my heart as if it were my wife.
Faith is my guide and my hospital in many ways;
When I face a trial and I’m not sure what to do, it directs me,
When I feel sad and alone, it carries me throughout the days.
When I’m blinded by evil desires it can help to open my eyes, allowing me to see.
Faith, to me, is a wonderful, happy thing;
It makes my life worth living and makes me want to rejoice and sing.
