D.R. Boze Guy
I can’t say that i didn’t know you would leave
but, now you left me here to grieve
the only thing i wish you’ve done
is tell me if i was the one
every morning of every day
we only sat a few feet away
why you chose to sit right there
across from me i saw you stare
in silence we sat and it was only us
right when we got off the bus
you gave me eight
and i gave you thirteen
but it was too late maybe it wasn’t fate
what did you mean
with that smirk on your face
Every time we saw each other in the hallways
My heart beat at a pace
but i know that we will always
have that unspoken connection
or maybe D.R. Boze Guy was just a silly obsession
