Help Me
Look into my eyes and see depression
A confession is what I have for you
Nothing but sadness floats through them
Like a boat sailing through rough, rocky waves
And I just want help
Look into my soul and see anxiety
The pain of it takes over me every time
It’s like a wave crashing through my heart
Without having even one thought about it
Just like everyone else
And I don’t know what to do
Help me please
Don’t you see me screaming as if I’m a maniac?
Why don’t you help?
Or the real question is
Why don’t you care?
Maybe I am crazy
But all this pain fills my body
Just like a hole in the bottom of a ship
And the water rushes through the boat
Ruining all that gets in the way
No matter what it is
And now I am just a lost spirit
In agony of being alone
