End of Days
the cold air floods into the room
the warmth runs away
the night takes a firm hold
it drives out the day
the moon claws into the sky
the sun smoothly sets
the darkness closes all around
the light takes time to rest
black clouds fade and turn to stars
and join the sky bound sea
the pale lights pierce through the dark
wishes yet to be
the light is but a mere reflection
yet I would say it's real
the sky a stage, the moon the star
it truly makes you feel
