The Woman in Black, she's coming,
You fear in the dark of the night
You can run, you can hide, but she'll get you
You may not see her, though that doesn't mean she won't appear.

You hear a cackle, and a “clang!” a "thump!" a "boom!" and a "bang!"
She's right there, gazing at you from the foot of your bed.
Look! Can you see her? Are you scared? I bet you're scared.
You're lying, why are you lying? Why are you shaking your head?
You're shivering and shaking, it's scary, I know. She’s going to get you, I’m telling you so.

"Hello? Is someone there? Hello? Hello?" You whisper into the darkness
She's cackling again, as you try not to weep
You're scared, as scared as a person can be,
Your body is shaking, I see. Are you imitating leaves?
The leaves of a tree? Like the tree outside your window, it's glaring at you from there.
It wants her to get you and it cannot wait, its thriving off of your fear.

Don't worry, don't fret.
You'll be fine, I bet
Your pain will be all over soon.
Actually, no - I'm lying.
No -- it really won't.
And about being fine?
You shouldn't count on that, just don't.

The Woman in Black, she'll get you, She's as bad as bad can be.
She won't give up 'til you're hers. She's very exceedingly evil, you see.
She's worse than the things that go bump in the night,
She'll eat you alive, she'll give you a fright! You'll make a good hors d'oeuvres, right? I think so.
Anyway, on with the issue at hand, I must be on my way, I should cut to the chase.
You must be confused, and aching to know, how I know all of these facts that I know
How I know all of these things, these truths that I tell you, must be a secret between us two
Because The Woman in Black, It's a matter of fact, that she, is actually me.
