vocal history
  The stories our families sing
tell a tale that tugs at the strings
  That bind all of us
  with questions to discuss
that will forever stay a mystery
‘cause the answer is lost in history
Would one say it is to remember
So we can keep that ember
So why does one sing a tale
even if no one tries to avail
  the word’s I weave
  into a melodic eve
  that warms others hearts
  in my eyes, it starts
  to tell you an adventure
that could be called a person’s treasure
many wouldn’t say to a regular joe
could become like edgar allan poe
but then the person works hard
and his songs could be sung by a bard
  just not as scary
  but still is merry
these are of what we do tell
  the children that are well
now that we have taken the bend
I must say this is the end
