Untitled
When falling into an abyss,
Thoughts become quick.
When descending on a spiral staircase to your doom,
Breath becomes heavy.
When slowly drowning with no way of being noticed,
All becomes numb.
When suffocating at the hands not only of others but yours,
Your stomach turns in knots.
When your heart is stabbed by a thousand daggers,
Sobs choke in your throat.
Blades cut deep through your skin.
Blood flows rapidly.
And as you start to lose your sanity,
You laugh.
When you laugh, you smile.
When you smile it feels of malice
And from malice comes gratification
And when you feel yourself slipping,
You fall.
And as you are falling,
You wonder
When did oblivion become reality?
