Broken Bells
in the dark of night,
a child sleps,
tucked in bead real tight,
but it doesn't last,
one scream, then two, wakes him rather fast,
he leaves his room,
to see a horror,
mom in dad's hand,
one, two hits, three, and four,
the child screams,
the father sees and says,
"go to bed!" but the child disobeys,
father thinks he wants to play,
daddy grabs and throws him,
the child sounds a yell,
and when he lands,
his head sounds of a broken bell,
mommy cries,
three beeps on a phone,
and an ambulance flies,
doctors try to help,
but to no prevail,
a cop finds daddy,
and he goes to jail,
rest in piece little child,
and sorry for the broken bell.
