Fallen Rose

I am a single fallen rose
from a large rose bush.
Alone,
yet surrounded by others.
Tough
but still breakable.
Harsh
but still sweet.
Damaged
but still beautiful.
Imperfect
but still perfect.
I’m a single fallen rose,
thorns along my spine.
Sharp
but still soft.
I’m a dead,
single fallen rose.
