Mom's the Real MVP
You are the smell of bacon on a Sunday morning.
You are the bus drivers that wave at when passing each other.
You are my teacher for life.
You are the feeling of sleeping in after a long night.
You are not the annoying grease stains left behind.
You are not the stranger that frowns when walking by.
You are not the ACT tutor I need to get a higher score.
You are not the feeling of being sore.
You may want to know,
I am the joey the sits in your pouch.
I am the moon that orbits your Earth.
I am not the real MVP, that is you.
You will always be the best at what you do.
You will never be the trophy for participation.
