Achondroplasia
People with Achondroplasia
Are the same as you and me
There is only ONE big difference
And it is one that we can see
Their bones are small
Their heads are big
But the heart inside
Is just as loving
These people are nice,
They’re kind and fun!
Just because they are small
Does not mean that they are dumb
Without Little People
The world would be flat.
And, who cares
If you have a small cat!
They are smart
And amazingly brilliant,
They have discovered new things
JUST LIKE YOU AND ME

This poem was inspired by my little sister who has achondroplasia, and I really wanted people to know that little people are really no different than anybody else.
