Two Lost Souls

I closed my eyes,
As you pulled me in a little tighter.
Your breath heavy on my skin,
And your heart beating fast close to mine.
I saw the way you looked at me,
I love the way you looked at me.
It captures me,
Consumes me,
And eases my heart.
How did this all start?
We might never know,
But now we can't depart,
It's too late to try to live apart.
I closed my eyes,
As you pulled me in a little tighter,
And I realized that we are nothing but two lost souls that are now intertwined.
