An unknowing blackness
takes hold of me.
Welcomes me to the void.
I enter a world like none other
One that only exists in my mind,
One that when I close my eyes
every thought is mine.
Color erupts in ways not known
to man
Shapes and dimensions that don't
yet exist
Vortexes that can't be expressed
take over the void
Taking me places
I’ve never been
When I close my eyes
and the darkness takes hold,
The journey has yet to begin.
