What I Already See
You spit hate
You tell me what I’m suppose to be
But you forget to realize
That what you’re picking at
Is what I already see
I look in the mirror
I notice what you have yet to see
I criticize the reflection
Feeling that this is not how it’s suppose to be
You poke
You stare
You hate
You point out all the flaws within me
But what you fail to realize
What you neglect to understand
Is the flaws you put under your microscope
Are a part of what I already see
