Pieces
The world became broken
After all eyes were opened
The filters that disguised us
Could no longer hide us
Everyone became insecure and unsure
We shut each other out
Forgettiong our voices
And how to shout
Our thoughts buried deep into our souls
Making the world spin out of control
Then all of a sudden we are in pieces
We tried putting ourselves back together
But there were always too many creases
The world was left shattered
In tiny fragments we stay
And figure out how to live this way.

This was the first poem I wrote, and it is about the world falling and breaking into pieces.
