Lonely
1. Most people are afraid of ghosts.
If you saw a ghost, you’d probably wish it would leave. However, I’d prefer a ghost to being alone.
When you are alone, you have no one. Not even a ghost.
When you are alone, the room feels bigger and you feel smaller.
The question is: do I matter? If so, how much?
Not enough to find company. Not even the company of a ghost.
2. I deserve a ghost.
There are people who deserve flesh and bone.
I deserve a ghost.
3. When I breathe in, there is sweat.
Can you take the word no and turn it into yes?
You can if you are a ghost.
Step right up, folks. Watch a ghost turn my
no
Into a yes!
Watch my tears fall from between my legs!
Watch as blood stains my panties and the ghost smiles
Because my world revolves around a ghost.
Ghosts wish they had their own flesh, so they devour mine
4. The thing is, people don’t believe in ghosts.
You are lying about that ghost!
Ghosts aren’t real, How could you say such a thing?
They say I’ve been lying about ghosts since I was ten
Well I’ve felt both the hand of a ghost and the hand of my best friend
on my breast
neither was comfortable
I’m not lying.
