Game on
Game on
Nervous, anxious, and never safe, prancing through the Savanna...
Constantly checking the canvas for the next threat…
Exhaustion sets in nightly when it’s most vulnerable.
Sleepy, insecure and unstable, as it fretfully try’s to stay awake.
Sleek, confident, and always on the hunt…
Hauntingly hiding, blending in with its surroundings…
Adrenaline pumping, tail twitching, waiting to kill.
Alert, full of pride, strutting across the desert.
The game is on, the leopard’s been spotted,
by its preys bulging black eyes…
Zig-zagging through the tall grass, the impala trips.
The game is over, the leopard won…
Using the last bit of the leopard’s energy,
he drags the kill, soaring up a tree.
Struggling to take the limp impala with it…
The leopard succeeds, and begins to feast on its victory.
